here i am sharing Solution for error 401/402 invalid session.
who still get error while downloading files from support server can try below solution.i did only UFI firmware upgrade then support site working fine.
keep in mind:disconnect all other box/dongle only connect UFI Box/dongle.make sure Internet connection is stable while upgrading ufi firmware.i am not responsible if anyone break there box firmware while upgrading it....
