Help nokia 2.1 ta-1093 flash

Hello Best Support, i have a Nokia 2.1 TA-1093 IN LOGO, i need to flash it.
Any help? where can i download flash file?

i try to reset settings but get error:


-> Old : Power Off Phone, wait 5-10 seconds, Insert USB cable
-> New : Power Off Phone, press and hold VOL_DOWN and POWER keys, until FASTBOOT screen appear
