Apple released the fourth update for iOS 12 at the end of January 2019. Have you received the notification or have you already installed the update?. How To Update Your iPhone
iOS 12.1.3 is compatible with iPhone 5s and later, iPad Air and later, and iPod touch (6th generation). You can update your device using the following steps. There are three methods to update your device as Wireless update, automatic update, and update via iTunes.You can use one of them. Make a backup using iTunes or iCloud before proceeding.
Update Wirelessly
- Connect your device Wi-Fi
- Supply power to the device
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update
- Tap Download and Install
- You can choose either update now or later. You can choose the time as you want
- Finally, it may ask you to enter your passcode to proceed
Update Using iTunes
- If you are going to update your device using iTunes make sure to disable personal iOS Hotspot if your computer is using it and connect it other Wi-Fi or network connection.
- Install the latest version of iTunes
- Connect your iPhone or iPad to the computer using the original USB cable
- Open iTunes > Select Your Device >Click Summary>Click Check for Updates> Click Download and Update
- Enter your passcode if required
Automatic Update
You can set it as Settings > General > Software Update > Automatic Updates
Is Jailbreaking Available for iOS 12.1.3
