Help zte z971 repair imei how?

UAT support how repair imei ZTE Z971?


1. i tried FTM MODE, the process ended full, but show same imei, nothing change.



2. I made backup security and wipe security and repair again but same.


Any idea to repair it?

    hola buenas noches como estas dime algo aun no has probado de otra manera porque tengo uno y no lo eh `podido reparar el dicho imei
