Why does Android always have errors?

It is understood that regular software development involves problems but why is Android the only software that has major bugs in all its updates? I think it is time to stop cheating users and be frank with them because for a long time we have been disappointed with pessimistic updates, incomplete and full of errors, they want to impress all users but they do not fulfill anything they promise
