iPhone 6s no power on after backlight repair

Hello!

iPhone 6s backlight problem, i replaced the C4023 (shorted), D4020, D4021.
Then no power on. All voltages are jumping (PP1V1_SDRAM, PP1V8_SDRAM... etc.)
Any idea?
