c7000 after factory reset, frp and efs backup now not detecting!

@all i have a samsung EFS c7000, which had oem lock on and frp on and was not letting me flash or unlock frp due to locks, so i thought of doing it thru isp,
it connected fine and i did all operations, but after im trying to switching n nothing and isp also not detecting at all!
pls lee logs and screenshots attached !
pls what could be the problem? has the emmc damaged or i need to reprogram emmc or change? pls share your suggestions!
