Redmi Note 4x restar in logo mi

I am a new user from UMT. I have here one Note 4x in restart on logo.
The device enter in Fastboot mode.. Chargin.. but no power on..

I make the flash process in UMT but device no power on. See the log

Firmware write fine, but restar on mi logo.
