Redmi Note 4x Remove Mi Account

Hallo!
I have a problem with removing MI Account from Redmi Note 4x.
First of all, i am making "RemoveMiAccount". After making wipe data.
Phone boot ok. Activate USB debag and then making "Disable Anti Relock".
Againg wipe, and boot phone.
And when connecting to Wi-Fi phone again locked to MI Account.
Is it possible to solve this?
