Charged 75 Credits Without Unlocking!!!

Yesterday I tried to unlock Win8 mobile device having 100crd.
Server returned this error: server returned unrecognized reply : expected group: 3 actual:0, and I was charged first & the second time. Firstly, credits was refunded after file a complained and I tried unlocking process again same server error as above and I was charged without refund and device remained unlock.
