Hello expert members ..i am trying 2 days Huawei Ascend Mate MT1-U06 flashing but i am n ot succes

i am take mobile ok coundishan.. i am Huawei_Ascend_Mate_MT1-U06_4.1_V100R001C151B116_India_05011PVB
firmware but mobile not take apdate ..

so im try to eft dongal fastboot mode ..mobile take full flash ok..but mobile not power on proper.. mobile go to hang logo..

plz give me currect and latest firmware...
