Hack, please let me know how to unlock VORTEX SYNQ?I cannot see on OTsmart list

Hi team FGbox. I saw this on site that FG box support VORTEX SYNQ, but I cannot see it on the list not any procedure on how to unlock it via FGbox using OT-smart sftware.
Please kindly need your guidance this is my first VORTEX synq unlocking, thank you.
