im so sick of my ip being banned for no ****ing reason, will some please ****ing fix

I have email support and you stupid *** block my ip so I cant even log in to tell you my ip is banned now the other ip is banned to, extremely unrealible if you have a customer and you can use the software especially when I get charged daily to use your software...
